I am always a little skeptical of products that go viral for organization. They look incredibly useful when someone is filling them perfectly for a TikTok or Instagram Reel; you order it; and then 6 months later, it’s shoved in a cabinet.
But I recently bought these LUXEAR Snackle Box containers from Amazon, and I've been surprised by how many uses I've already found for them. I have hemmed and hawed over these Snackle boxes for years
The set comes with two large containers, each divided into removable compartments. The individual bins come in a two different sizes, which is one of the things I like most about them—you aren't committed to eight identical little sections. You can also take the compartments out entirely if you want to use the larger container on its own.
And while they're obviously designed for food, I immediately realized they could be useful for way more than snacks.
Using It as a Family Snackle Box
The most obvious use is, of course, snacks.
I filled one of ours with a mix of things my kids will actually eat: sliced apples, grapes, mini muffins, cookies, crackers, yogurt-covered snacks, little donuts, and a few other treats.
What I really like about doing snacks this way is that I can put out one container with a bunch of choices instead of pulling seven different bags and packages out of the pantry.
It's especially nice for those times when everyone wants something different. The kids can see all of their options at once, take what they want, and I can put the lid back on when we're finished.
I can also see myself using this for:
Road-trip snacks
Disneyland/travel days
Movie nights
After-school snacks
Picnics
Hotel-room snacks
Parties and playdates
A simple charcuterie-style lunch
The lid has a silicone sealing ring and locks on all four sides, and LUXEAR markets the container as airtight and leakproof. We found that it was very airtight: nothing got stale or gross after a few hours of travel.
My Favorite Unexpected Use: Organizing Baking Supplies
This is actually the use that made me love these.
I bake often, and I had accumulated a ridiculous number of small decorating supplies: silicone cupcake liners, piping tips, couplers, food-coloring bottles, cupcake toppers, and other tiny things that are incredibly annoying to organize.
One of the LUXEAR boxes ended up being almost perfect for them.
Because all eight compartments lift out individually, I could sort everything by type instead of dumping it all together into one giant bin.
I put piping tips and couplers in the largest section, cupcake liners in several of the medium compartments, and smaller decorating pieces and food-coloring supplies in the top sections.
Now I can pull out one box when I'm decorating cupcakes instead of digging through drawers and cabinets looking for the piping tip I need.
This is also why I think these have a lot more potential than just being a trendy snack container. You could use one for craft supplies, kids' art materials, hair accessories, beads, small toys, office supplies, sewing notions—the removable compartments make them surprisingly adaptable.
Are They Easy to Clean?
Yes, and this was important to me if I was going to use one for food.
The manufacturer says the containers are dishwasher safe, and the smooth removable compartments mean you can also wash individual sections without necessarily needing to wash the entire box. It helps that the individual compartments can be removed to clean up and make sure everything is tidy.
That's a huge advantage over organizers with permanently molded dividers, especially when you're using them for something like cut fruit that might leave juice behind.
What I Like About the LUXEAR Snackle Box
The biggest selling point for me is simply versatility.
I didn't need another highly specific kitchen gadget that could only do one thing. I like that these can be a snack tray one day, a refrigerator organizer another day, or—in my case—permanent storage for baking supplies.
The removable compartments are also much more useful than I expected. If I'm serving something larger, I can remove a bin. If one compartment gets particularly messy, I can pull out just that piece to wash it.
And because the set comes with two boxes, I didn't have to choose between using mine for food or organization. I could do both.
Is the LUXEAR Snackle Box Worth It?
For me, yes.
I've already used mine as a family snack tray and completely reorganized my collection of baking and cupcake-decorating supplies with the second one. That alone makes the two-pack much more practical for me than I expected it to be.
And considering how many random little containers my baking supplies were previously occupying, having everything together in one box may actually be my favorite part.
